ARTIST STATEMENT
Cellule is a creative lab led by Salome Bazin, award-winning multidisciplinary artist. Her work is a tension between digital media, experiential and spatial lighting, in an exploration of new mediums to connect audiences to health, natural phenomena, and flows. She is interested in poetic-technologic experiences to help re-synchronisation with natural balance.
We feel a responsibility to use technology to help humans reconnect to one another, drive empathy, and our own deeper sensorial understanding.
We work with institutions and brands who seek the power of interactive experiences to connect with their audiences. We play with novel mediums to help participants feel connected to themselves and one another. We create experiences that focus perception and sense of harmony through light, sound and digital narratives.
Our ambition is that, through our work, we can narrow the gap between wellbeing, interactive media and embodied science. Driven by a poetic-technologic approach, we create novel set ups that can be integrated into activations or semi-permanent spaces.
